Texas Tech’s Red to Black Hosts Financial Education Week

Red to Black provides financial awareness through client-based planning, training and coaching.

WHAT:           Financial Education Week

WHEN:           9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.; March 31-April 3

WHERE:         Student Union Building (SUB), (Across from Copy Mail)

EVENT:          Texas Tech University’s Red to Black program hosts its annual Financial Education Week at the SUB. The week-long event is free to Texas Tech students to become educated about various financial topics.

Red to Black is an outreach program of Texas Tech’s Department of Personal Financial Planning. Its purpose is to provide financial awareness through client-based planning, training and coaching.

The event will include credit report checks, a scavenger hunt throughout the SUB, piggy banks to encourage students’ savings efforts and a money-tram taxi service.
