Amarillo.com-When Terry Fuller was 10 on autumn Saturdays in 1965, his parents, Don
and Marjorie Fuller, would put him on a passenger train in Amarillo bound for Lubbock.
At the other end was his uncle, Bill Lockhart, chairman of the art department at Texas
Tech University, who would take him to football games featuring All-America running
back Donny Anderson.
