Texas Lawyer-In another competition, three third-year students from Texas Tech University School of Law In Lubbock -- Brandon Beck, Allie Hallmark and Elizabeth Hill -- successfully defended the school’s top ranking at the National Moot Court Competition in New York City on Feb. 2. The competition was co-sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers and the New York Bar Association and was held at the House of the NYC Bar Association.
