The new year is around the corner. Do you know how to make and keep your resolutions?

The start of the new year is several weeks away, but it's never too late to start thinking about resolutions you intend on making. We all know it's not as easy as it sounds. Research shows that 75 percent of people maintain their resolutions past the first week, 71 percent after two weeks, 64 percent after one month and only 46 percent after six months.

Lee Cohen, chairman of the Department of Psychology, is here to help. He is ready to answer questions you might have about making resolutions and, more importantly, how to maintain them.
