Fathom Online Marketing has just released a new white paper on YouTube in higher education. The free paper, “What You Can Learn from 10 Schools that Get YouTube Right: How to Build a Better YouTube EDU,” is the final installment in Fathom’s four-part series on social media in higher education.
While online video can be extremely useful for sharing a school’s culture with prospective students, many schools are simply not creating the type of videos their target audience wants to see. In this white paper, Fathom presents examples of successful online videos from the world of higher education and discusses strategies colleges and universities can use to make their YouTube content more relevant. Videos and strategies are drawn from interviews with social media leaders at schools like UCLA, Texas Tech University, Saint Michael’s College and more.
