BOKA Powell-designed 178,000-square-foot residence life facility will add 516 beds to meet increase in enrollment

Texas Tech University broke ground on Wednesday on a new $45 million, 178,000-square-foot residence hall designed by BOKA Powell, LLC, a nationally recognized leader in the design of university housing and dining facilities.  The project is being developed as a response to significant increases in enrollment at the University, and is planned to be completed before the fall 2012 semester.
