Denton County homeowner has extra tornado protection

Adyson Masters plays without a care in the world. Partly because she's a child, and partly because her parents have taken extra steps to ensure her safety.

Those steps were taken following her mother's close encounter with natural disaster.

Winds of 70 mph propels a wooden plank like a missile and shatters a section of traditional wall.

But the same test against a cement wall damaged the outer shell of the home, but was unable to penetrate the concrete wall.
