The Office of Communications and Marketing took home three gold and two silvers ADDYs at the 2011 Lubbock ADDY Awards Ceremony.
Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation, the ADDYs are the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition focusing on recognizing and rewarding creative excellence. Every year, approximately 60,000 entries are submitted in local ADDY competitions.
The Lubbock Advertising Federation's ADDY competition is the first step toward winning a national ADDY. Texas Tech winners will compete against other winners within one of 14 surrounding districts. District winners are then forwarded to the National ADDY Awards Competition.
