Texas Tech police officer suspended

A Texas Tech police officer is on paid administrative leave for questionable use of judgement. LPD arrested 20-year-old Michael Aaron Garcia on nine different offenses approximately one hour after he was let go by the Tech officer during the early morning hours of August 1st.
