Leach's Lawyer Responds to Tech Filing

On Tuesday, Texas Tech attorney Dickie Grigg told members of the press that all of the claims made by Mike Leach in his lawsuit against the school are baseless.
"Coach Leach's case is without merit. It has no merit legally. It has no merit factually. It has no merit period," Grigg said.
