Texas Tech Hosts First Strive for Honor Week

Texas Tech University will hold its first Strive for Honor Week from March 29-April 2. This week-long event promotes the values of The Foundation For a Better Life and the values of Texas Tech. These values include honesty, family, trust, love and respect.

The schedule will be as follows:

Monday (March 29):       Free Strive for Honor T-shirts will be available with a valid Texas Tech ID in the Student Union Building (SUB) from 10 a.m.-noon

Tuesday (March 30):       A free showing of “The Blind Side” film will be played in the Allen Theater from 6-8 p.m.

Wednesday (March 31):      There will be a free opportunity to design bulletin boards online in the Playa Room in the SUB from 10 a.m.-noon. Students must bring a valid Texas Tech ID

Thursday (April 1):     By invitation-only: Raiders Who Rock banquet

Friday (April 2):          Campus-wide Strive for Honor T-shirt day. Students will wear their Strive for Honor T-shirts on this day
