Tech Honors College sets expert event

A soiree at Texas Tech will offer Lubbockites a chance to flex their noggins and engage in some of the best conversation around.
The university's Honors College will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Feb. 20 with a dinner party featuring some of the community's brightest minds and accomplished experts who will share their views on their respective fields.
