Eisenhower Foundation awards grants to two Ph.D. candidates

The Eisenhower Foundation recently presented travel grants to two scholars conducting research at the Eisenhower Presidential Library. 

Jaclyn Woolf is a Ph. D. candidate at Texas Tech University and was awarded $400 for research on her topic “Interests, Constraints, and Judicial Selection: A Rational Approach to Presidential Selection of Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court Nominees.”
