FIBERTECT is a high-end wipe that can be used by a person when an area is contaminated with toxic chemicals. Soldiers, for instance, can wipe their body when they are exposed to deadly chemicals, and so on. Seshadri Ramkumar, inventor of the wipe, is an associate professor of environmental toxicology at the Institute of Environmental and Human Health, Texas Tech University, US.
