Texas must have more Tier 1 universities soon

Seven universities in the state, including the University of Texas at San Antonio, want a shot at attaining flagship status. The others are Texas Tech, University of Houston, University of North Texas and University of Texas campuses in El Paso, Arlington and Dallas.
