US Secretary of State joins VEF leadership

Its chairman is Dr Stephen F. Maxner, who heads the Vietnam Centre at Texas Tech University (TTU). Dr Maxner has frequently visited Vietnam since 1998 and has actively participated in the centre’s Study Abroad programme, escorting hundreds of the TTU students to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.
