The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Texas Tech University is launching its spring
semester of classes and special events.
The institute provides fun and intellectually stimulating learning opportunities for
adults ages 50 and older. Class offerings this spring include current affairs, beginning
chess, American presidents in film, mysteries, economics, world religions, eBay and
more.
Special events range from Dinner and Drama, to Lunch and Learning, to "Hidden Lubbock"

Individuals may become official members of the institute and enjoy various benefits
such as free members-only classes and events, as well as discounted fees on Osher
programs and other Texas Tech activities and events.
Organizers encourage early registration since classes tend to fill up quickly and
spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
