Collin Higher Education Center differs from model

Collin County Community College an-nounced last Tuesday that the school will open a Higher Education Center at the Bridge Street Town Centre in McKinney, where junior and senior level courses would be offered. It’s not the first time Collin College president Cary Israel has been involved in this kind of endeavor.
