Friday Night Lights actor, Allenite in Emmy consideration

For the next week, Brad Leland will be waiting to see if he made the cut. Not for a football team’s roster, but to see if he gets nominated for an Emmy. The producers of NBC’s “Friday Night Lights” have put Leland up for consideration for the episode “El Accidente.”

“Yeah, I was thrilled,” Leland said. “It was really nice. I just love the cast and the ensemble. It’s a team show — there’s no doubt about it.”
