Texas Tech researchers focus on wine

In a tiny office at Texas Tech University, Nelson Barber and Chris Taylor collect and process reams of data on wine.

Both abandoned careers in other fields for their studies.

"I'm a cork dork. I love wine and I love food," said Taylor, sitting near his cluttered desk.
