Record March Rainfall; Reviewing Tornado Damage

I just finished a survey across much of Medina County, looking for damage to indicate possible tornado touchdowns. The only evidence I found was just west of where Hondo Creek crosses US90, about 5 miles east of the city of Hondo. There I saw 6-inch tree limbs torn off a tree and deposited toward the south, which would not be the correct direction if this had been damage caused by thunderstorm winds.
