Wall Street Journal - Sirius will still have to pay to keep Stern happy: analyst

There’s one less thing for Sirius XM Radio Inc. shareholders to worry about, after a New York judge opted to toss “shock jock” Howard Stern’s lawsuit against the satellite radio provider.

“If Sirius wants to keep him, they’re going to have to pay lots of money. Because he’s not going to let this go,” said Rob Weiner, popular culture librarian at Texas Tech University.
