Texas Tech University’s School of Law and Rawls College of Business have garnered positions in the 2011 Princeton Review’s The Best 172 Law Schools and The Best 300 Business Schools, respectively. The comprehensive reference books are available at book stores.

High Plains/Midwest Ag Journal The Great Plains Sorghum Improvement and Utilization Center is, for example, based in K-State’s Department of Agronomy and offers a platform for K-State faculty, USDA-ARS scientists and researchers from Texas A&M and Texas Tech to collaborate on all aspects of sorghum research and education from production, genetics, food processing and bioenergy production. CattleNetwork – Michael bought his last group of outside females in 1989. Those were eight bred cows Windy Bar bought from Texas Tech University, through Dr. Bob Long. Those cows made a tremendous contribution to the herd. Since that purchase, all their females have been bred, born and raised at Windy Bar Ranch. They have not built this herd with trader cattle, but by careful selection and relentless culling for desired traits.
