After years of researching, developing, designing and planning, Carter Aviation Technologies marked a major milestone Tuesday. “I wasn’t able to sleep last night,” Carter President Jay Carter Jr. said Tuesday morning, standing at the front of Wichita Falls’ City Council Chambers before a group of city leaders. Carter Aviation Technologies announced Tuesday that it had completed negotiations with AAI Corp. on an exclusive licensing agreement for unmanned aircraft systems.
