Mata, who is also the HUB coordinator at ASU, said the university uses close to 19 percent in HUB vendors in its contracted work and looks to increase that number to at least 30 percent in the coming years. She said Texas Tech University, which is in alignment with ASU, has close to 30 percent in HUB vendors.
