Organizers of Texas Tech Homecoming 2009 fueled students’ school spirit with T-shirts and pizza Monday inside the Student Union Building, where weather couldn’t dampen enthusiasm. “We are giving T-shirts to students for the homecoming kickoff event, and kicking off our theme: Texas Tech, Your Passport to the World,” he said.
